Performing Arts Center for a Floodable Island

His project for the Performing Arts Center for a Floodable Island (in Seoul, South Korea, 2005) hovers above the the Aangyang River like a spacecraft. The largest craters on the base of the island are filled with capsules that function as hotel rooms. When the river floods, the capsules are tethered to the craters on pistons and float.
