In 1975 came the iconic Blue building, a.k.a. “The Blue Whale.� 1988 saw the opening of the Green building. Now, the “Red� building is finaly about to complete the triad of buildings Cesar Pelli first envisioned in the mid-1970s for the Pacific Design Center complex in L.A.
