Porca Cina!

German genius of lightning Ingo Maurer is auctioning its own Porca Cina lamp with benefits going to Médecins Sans Frontières.

Porca Cina is a version of the famous Porca Miseria! (which you could roughly and very freely translate as fuck! fuck! fuck!), a huge suspension lamp made of broken pieces of porcelain tableware. Only this time the pieces come from porcelain figures which he had bought during a trip to China. And instead of Western cutlery he attached chop-sticks between the shards.
