The Marine Corps Intelligence Activity has over the past two years distributed thousands of Iraq Culture Smart Cards to American serviceman in Iraq. "They are meant for the 19- or 20-year-old soldier, moving door to door in a hostile environment," explained Col. Keith Lawless.
