Japan bean plants sprout messages
|
Japanese toy makers Tomy (the ones behind the Flip-Flap) and Takara have produced bean plants which sprout to reveal messages that "convey your feelings to your loved ones".
You can choose between six different messages such as "Good Luck" and "I Love You" inscribed through the plant with a laser beam. Beans are enclosed in a white egg (like a kinder surprise?) which "hatch" soon after they are put in water. The plants have a message in French (eheh!) on one side, and a message in Japanese on the other. On sale in February. Update: Chris reminded me that these love beans plants are already available for years in bins (but they don't "talk" french). Thanks for demonstrating once again your f... superiority, Chris! ;-) |
