It's a game, 'big band' or something similar I believe, like beatmania/guitar freaks/ddr, but wireless, everyone has instructions on their screen of what to hit when. And it all lines up to make a nice song:D
there is a polish electronica band called gagameboyzz orchestra, they do something similar - play music on gameboys, something between lo-fi electronic music and funny performance..
