Modding is the practice of altering a computer's look to improve its appearance. Taiwan-based Via Technologies encourages modders to share photos of their modding pursuits, CNet has a gallery of what they've done with motherboards. It goes from Darth Vader to toasters, aircraft carrier or Metropolis-inspired hemisphere.
