Trapped by high-tech

Over the last two years Southern railways in England has been introducing new door on its trains.

The satellite tracking system monitors where trains are and should open the doors automatically when they stop at a station. The problem is that the system regularly fails, leaving travellers trapped on trains... and increasingly frustrated.
