Mapped pics of Tokyo
|
Tokyo Picturesque (alpha version) is a site where people in Tokyo can attach pics taken with their GPS enabled mobile phone. The system then associates that image with the location on the map where it was taken. From Jeansnow.
In April, I blogged about Habitat Perspective which allows mobile phone users in Tokyo to send images tagged with coordinates in space and time to a Website which starts as a black canvas. As participants upload more and more content, a map of the city, and the map of each of the participants "places" gradually emerge. |
