RFID applied to old-age home

A retirement community in Oregon is using RFID badges to monitor non-stop the movements of residents across its campus. The system alerts staff when a resident exits a building or enters a potentially dangerous area. Family members can log onto a website and track their relative (viewed as an animated character) as they go about their daily movements.
