Microsoft carnal patent

After the double-click and the to-do list, Microsoft has been granted a US patent covering the resistance of flesh to electrical current. It deals with methods of transmitting electronic data between devices attached to the body. Proposals include using the body's physical resistance to electronic flow to create a virtual keyboard on a patch of skin. In a caviat that could see such technology applied to animals, Microsoft states 'It will be apparent that the body may be that of a wide variety of living animals'.
