Cameraphone alphabet

Alphabet Billboard Cambridge (ABC) is an interactive portrait of Cambridge that unfolds in real time over a period of three years on a 7.5-meter electronic billboard to which participants send images taken with cameraphones provided for the project.

Each week, a participant is given a phone to send pictures and freely create a photo-diary.

Diarists are recruited on the basis of their jobs or hobbies by creating lists of occupations from A to Z: for example, Astronomer, Bookie, Cab Driver, Dentist, Electrician,... to Zoologist.
