The Beastie Boys are sellings disks programmed to silently install DRM tracking code on Windows computers, which means that the CD is bundled with a copy protection autoinstaller that silently puts itself onto the listener's computer.

Boingboing brought this up about a week and a half ago, the beastie boys have responded saying that since they were bound by their contract they had no say in wether or not EMI put the copy-protection on their CD.
Disabling autorun on your computer will prevent the automatic installation of such software.
