For the second time, the Nokia Shorts competition invites film-makers to create 15-second films to be played on mobile devices.

The 10 best micro-movies will be screened at the 12th Raindance Film Festival (in October.

The short list will be shown on a website where members the public can vote for their favourites.

The deadline for entries is 31 August 2004.
