NTT DoCoMo, Inc. will market on June 1 the World Walker G-Card�, a smart card to enable DoCoMo mova� 2G subscribers to use both DoCoMo and non-DoCoMo GSM mobile phones for international roaming outside of Japan.

The current international roaming service works only with DoCoMo-brand GSM phones, and targets subscribers who just wish to rent a GSM handlet temporarily. The new World Walker G-Card, however, is aimed at consumers who already own a GSM phone or wish to buy one.
