Sculpting London's financial market
|
The artistic collective, Greyworld, has unveiled last week The Source, a dynamic sculpture reflecting visually Londons financial and capital markets in the electronic age and installed at the city's Stock Exchange.
729 spheres are suspended on metal cables and controlled electronically. Each one moves independently, forming patterns or words, numbers and shapes fed in directly from the world's media. It will also mark the closing of the markets at 4.30pm, again with a closing arrow and the end of day FTSE 100 price. From Coin-operated. |
