To stay more original and more techno-savvy than its competitors, the Baja Beach Club (Barcelona) offers to implent sub dermal chips, called VIP VeriChip, with a syringe under the skin of its VIP clients.

Nightclubbers won't need to carry wallet or credit card. By passing by the reader, the Baja beach Club knows their identity and credit balance. Besides, they will have free entry and access to the VIP area.

On the day of the launch, the Club offered the service for free to its VIPs. Now, it costs 125 Euros.

According to the owner of the night club, many people are willing to be implanted, most of them already have piercings, tattoos or silicone.
